Rendering: "Flooding in Krymsk: Kremlin covers up causes and consequences"

The article carries a lot of comments on the reasons and consequences of the flood in Krymsk. It is known that experienced a flash flood on July 7, 2012 after heavy rains. There were about 275 millimeters of rain over the region. It is interesting and at the same time important to note that information given by the governor of Krasnodar, the official information and eyewitness account. It is different in reasons, official deth toll and consequences. Everyone knows that the official death toll varies between 152 and 172. According to government figures, about 1,000 people were injured and 35,000 affected by the floods. It is also necessary to speak about the answer, which the governor Alexander Tkachov gave. He said it was impossible to knock on the door of every individual. Of course it was impossible, but if we take note of the events in Krymsk were entirely predictable and are likely to be more frequent in future, then there's the question why there wasn't warnings about the flood. Besides, we are not to forget about the money that was appropriated in order to help the victims, but these people didn't get it. All this can be explained from the point of subordination to the ruling elites.

  1. Krymsk is a very popular topic in your group.
I like your rendering, but don't forget to identify the source and express our own opinion next time.

Sounds cool! But what does 'subordination to the ruling elites' mean?

  2. This topic is very important for me, as at that time we with Irina were in Abrau-Durso, in a summer camp. Several excursions were canceled. My relatives phoned me almost every day to find out the situation. We were lucky, as "Moryak" (the camp where we've been) is surrounded by cliffs with two sides, so there were only heavy rains. But nevertheless, we were afraid!
Having wtitten 'subordination to the ruling elites', I meant that tje ruling elites run affairs and only with their permition the truth will be announced.
